In the event that you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you may return items to us within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact us at care@texascraft.us prior to returning items in order to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). This number must be included on a note inside your return. Returns received without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Returns are free and theres no additional charge for shipping exchange items back out to you.

When returning items, please email care@texascraft.us with details.

Once your return is received and checked we will email you to notify that we have received it. Exchanges will usually be sent out to you within a day or two of notification and any refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. This will typically appear on your statement within 2-3 business days of being authorized.
